Why I'm taking Japanese

Hi! I decided to take Japanese this year because, for one thing, it's entirely different from French, the language I was taking before. Not only that, if I ever intend to go into the video game industry it seems like Japanese would be an excellent language to know. It's becoming more and more commonly spoken across the world. I love the sound of Japanese as well. It's one fo the prettier languages out there. Junior year I plan to go abroad, and I'd like to spend the year in Japan if possible. So there's really no one reason for choosing Japanses to learn, but I definitely don't regret it.
